President Donald Trump delivered a clear warning to Iran on Friday: If the Islamic regime resumes enriching uranium to dangerous levels, the United States will not hesitate to strike again.
“Sure, without question, absolutely,” Trump said at a White House press briefing when asked whether he would consider renewed airstrikes if Iran moved closer to developing a nuclear weapon.

The president’s firm stance came just days after U.S. forces, in coordination with Israel, carried out one of the most consequential joint operations in recent memory.
The strikes crippled Iran’s nuclear program and sent a message to Tehran that the days of appeasement are over.
“You got beat to hell,” Trump later said directly to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Trump praised the precision strikes that targeted Iran’s nuclear sites, calling them a major success.
The campaign involved Tomahawk missiles and B-2 bombers delivering 30,000-pound “bunker buster” bombs to hardened targets, some of which Israeli forces could not hit without U.S. assistance.
The joint strikes devastated key Iranian nuclear facilities, including Natanz, Isfahan, Arak, and Fordo, setting back Tehran’s nuclear ambitions by months or even years, according to Western officials.
Before the strikes, the International Atomic Energy Agency reported that Iran had enriched uranium to 60% purity, just short of weapons-grade at 90%.
Israeli and American intelligence concluded the regime was “days or weeks” away from building a bomb.
The bold military response, coordinated under Trump’s leadership, came after Iran launched 19 missiles at the U.S. Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
Eighteen were intercepted, and one caused minor damage. Remarkably, Iran gave advance notice of the attack.
“I want to thank Iran for giving us early notice, which made it possible for no lives to be lost and nobody to be injured,” Trump posted on Truth Social.
Many analysts believe the strike was a face-saving measure by Iran, allowing them to claim retaliation without escalating further, especially after suffering catastrophic blows to its military infrastructure and nuclear program.
In Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hailed the operation, dubbed “Operation Rising Lion,” as a decisive blow to Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
The IDF reportedly eliminated top Iranian commanders and nuclear scientists, while neutralizing a large number of ballistic missiles and production facilities.
“The IDF removed the threat of a significant number of Iranian ballistic missiles,” Netanyahu said.
“We helped severely harm Iran’s nuclear program.”
American support proved crucial. U.S. bunker busters were able to hit Iran’s underground Fordo facility, a target too heavily fortified for Israeli weapons alone.
Despite the overwhelming military setback, Iran’s Supreme Leader attempted to spin the outcome as a win.
“My congratulations on our dear Iran’s victory over the US regime,” Khamenei said in a post on Thursday.
“The US regime entered the war directly… but achieved nothing.”
He even falsely claimed that Iran’s missile barrage “destroyed” the U.S. base in Qatar.
Trump didn’t hold back in response: “You got beat to hell.”
After 12 days of conflict, Iran agreed to a Trump-brokered ceasefire, highlighting once again the former president’s ability to achieve results through strength, not submission.
With the nuclear threat paused, for now, Trump made clear that any future aggression from Tehran would be met with swift and devastating force.
“If they start enriching again, we’ll take care of it,” one senior administration official added privately.
“This isn’t the Obama-Biden era anymore.
“They know we mean business.”
