Hey New Yorkers who voted for the Islamic mayor leading the charge to make NYC Muslim, NOW you’ll find out what you’ve just done to yourselves!

And I don’t think you’ll like it!

New York City’s radical socialist Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani has already begun begging New Yorkers for money after winning Tuesday’s special election.

Mamdani began outlining his transition plans on Wednesday, less than 24 hours after winning the city’s special election.

Mamdani defeated independent rival Andrew Cuomo, with Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa finishing third.

Incumbent Mayor Eric Adams appeared on the ballot but withdrew before Election Day.

Following his victory, Mamdani posted a video message on X to thank supporters and discuss the start of his transition process.

“Good morning, New York City,” Mamdani said.

“Thank you. Last night we made history, and today we begin the work of making a new administration.

“Welcome to the transition.”

In his message, Mamdani highlighted several priorities for his incoming administration.

He references goals such as “make New York City affordable,” “make government accountable,” “excellence, integrity, and a hunger,” and “transparency.”

“New Yorkers deserve a government they can trust,” Mamdani said.

Toward the end of the video, the mayor-elect also asked supporters to resume making donations to fund transition operations.

“Oh, and uh, one more thing,” Mamdani said.

“Remember how I told you a few months ago to stop sending us money?

“You can start again.

“This transition requires staff, research, and an infrastructure that can meet this moment, and it will be made possible by the people who built and believe in this movement.

“So I hope you will make a donation.”

Campaign-related fundraising during transition periods varies by administration.

For example, former Mayor Eric Adams did not solicit donations on his transition page in 2021.

Mamdani will take office on January 1.

His transition team is expected to release additional details in the coming weeks regarding staffing, policy development, and organizational plans.
