The World Council for Health (WCH) has just made an explosive and historic move by officially declaring that Covid mRNA “vaccines” are “biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.”
The bombshell declaration was announced by the global health organization’s Florida wing.
In a stunning announcement, the World Council for Health Florida (WCH FL) confirmed it is formally endorsing the “Sansone mRNA Bioweapons Prohibition Act.”
As Slay News has previously reported, the first-of-its-kind bill seeks to criminalize and outlaw the use of mRNA technology under existing state bioweapons laws.
The legislation was drafted by renowned medical expert Dr. Joseph Sansone.
The legislation was introduced in the Minnesota legislature in April 2025.
It is now being pushed for widespread adoption across all 50 states and even globally.
In its official declaration, WCH FL stated:
“mRNA nanoparticle injections are biological and technological weapons of mass destruction that have caused a massive amount of disease, disability, and death, and without intervention, this will continue into the foreseeable future.”
The group, part of a global alliance with councils in 35 countries, is the first health freedom organization to explicitly classify the injections as weapons of mass destruction.
The WCH is the first international health organization to throw its support behind Sansone’s legislation.
The move comes amid mounting data and admissions from health authorities themselves.
The Florida Department of Health has already issued an official bulletin warning that mRNA is “not safe for human use” and poses “a potential threat to the human genome.”
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) admitted earlier this year that “mRNA vaccines don’t perform well for upper respiratory tract viruses” and that the risks outweigh the benefits for such uses.
A peer-reviewed journal article published this summer revealed that both COVID-19 and the mRNA injections violate the Biological Weapons Convention.
The paper cited their genetic manipulation and devastating global harm.
What sets the Sansone Act apart is its recognition that mRNA products are already illegal under existing weapons of mass destruction laws.
The proposed law would not only ban the technology outright but also create criminal and civil liability for government officials who fail to enforce the prohibition.
“Without enforcement, this will continue into the foreseeable future,” the bill warns.
Dr. Marivic Villa, Chair of WCH FL, is already treating thousands of vaccine-injured patients at her clinic in The Villages, the nation’s largest senior community.
Villa has long described the mRNA injections as bioweapons.
In July 2024, she declared them as such while speaking alongside Florida’s top health official, Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo, at an event hosted by Sansone.
She was joined by Dr. Andrew Zywiec, another advisor to WCH FL, who also labeled the injections as bioweapons.
Dr. Sansone has created versions of the bill for each U.S. state, as well as a federal version.
Minnesota Representative Shane Mekeland became the first legislator to formally introduce it earlier this year.
With WCH FL’s official declaration, momentum is building for other state legislatures to follow suit.
Pressure is now growing for governors and attorneys general to finally enforce existing WMD laws against Big Pharma’s deadly technology.
Evidence now shows that the surge in autoimmune disease, cardiovascular collapse, pregnancy loss, and aggressive cancers linked to these injections is undeniable.
The law must now catch up to the science.
By endorsing the bill, WCH FL has drawn a line in the sand.
The group’s declaration cements the reality that health freedom organizations are no longer treating mRNA shots as failed medicine, but as illegal weapons that must be banned under existing law.
With public outrage mounting over infant deaths, turbo cancers, and reproductive harms linked to the injections, the question now is whether other states and nations will join Florida in declaring mRNA “vaccines” a weapon of mass destruction.
