A retired top U.S. military official who served during President Donald Trump’s first administration has issued a stunning warning, claiming the U.S. government possesses evidence pointing to the existence of “higher order non-human intelligence” connected to unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs).

Retired Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, a former Trump administration official and one of the highest-ranking military voices to publicly address the issue, said advanced craft observed by the military display capabilities far beyond known human technology.

The explosive comments come as a growing wave of intelligence insiders, military officials, and scientists push for deeper disclosure following the Trump administration’s release of newly declassified UAP files.

Former Trump Official Says Craft Display Impossible Technology

Gallaudet served during President Trump’s first term as Acting Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and Acting Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Speaking during an appearance on “Tomi Lahren Is Fearless,” Gallaudet stopped short of using the term “alien,” arguing that officials don’t use the term.

However, he said government officials are aware of what he described as “non-human intelligence.”

“That I can say, I know we are aware of higher order non-human intelligence that direct the movement of these phenomena,” Gallaudet said.

“I’ve not seen one, but what I do know is that the nature of some of these craft is so advanced and so apparently are obviously under intelligent control that the only conclusion we can make — and has been made by those that I’ve been read into these programs who I know — is that there’s some kind of higher order non-human intelligence directing them.”

Gallaudet pointed to military footage and data allegedly showing objects moving seamlessly between the ocean and atmosphere at extreme speeds without disturbing the water’s surface.

“We don’t have technology that can do that,” he said.

New Disclosure Claims Point to Decades-Long Government Secrecy

The latest revelations come amid renewed attention surrounding “The Age of Disclosure,” a documentary featuring former intelligence officials, military personnel, scientists, and government insiders discussing alleged secret UAP programs.

According to documentary producer Dan Farah, elements inside the U.S. government allegedly concealed evidence of non-human life for decades, even from sitting presidents.

Farah claimed the alleged secret “Legacy Programme” began shortly after the 1947 Roswell incident and operated outside congressional oversight.

“There has been an 80-year cover-up of the existence of non-human intelligent life,” Farah claimed.

According to the documentary, agencies tied to the CIA, Air Force, Department of Energy, and defense contractors allegedly controlled access to information regarding recovered craft and related investigations.

Several whistleblowers reportedly claimed recovered crash sites contained “non-human bodies.”

Farah also alleged some insiders refused to appear publicly because they feared retaliation.

One former special forces official allegedly backed out of participating in the documentary days before filming, reportedly saying he would be “forfeiting my life” by speaking publicly.

Trump-Era File Releases Fuel New Questions

The controversy intensified after the Trump administration reportedly authorized the release of hundreds of classified UAP-related documents, photographs, videos, and investigative files.

According to Farah, one of the most striking pieces of evidence involved a 1972 Apollo mission image allegedly showing a triangular craft hovering above the Moon.

He claimed investigators inside the government’s UAP Task Force had already determined the image was authentic.

Officials involved in the disclosure effort reportedly say the released material represents only a fraction of the information currently held inside classified government programs.

The documentary also highlights increasing reports from military pilots and airline crews describing encounters with unexplained objects near sensitive military installations and nuclear facilities.

Dr. Hal Puthoff, a physicist with prior CIA and National Security Agency ties, claimed some observed craft demonstrated movements that appeared to defy known physics, including instantaneous acceleration and sharp right-angle turns.

“I 100% believe that non-human intelligent life is here and has been here for a long time,” Puthoff said.

Intelligence Veterans Push Disclosure Movement Forward

Unlike earlier UFO discussions centered on anonymous claims and grainy footage, the latest disclosure push is being driven by former military leaders, intelligence officials, and government scientists speaking publicly on the record.

Farah said the documentary includes testimony from Navy pilots, admirals, generals, National Security Council officials, and intelligence personnel.

Among them is former UAP Task Force director Jay Stratton, who reportedly stated that he personally witnessed “non-human beings and non-human craft.”

Supporters of the disclosure movement argue that the decades-long stigma surrounding UFOs was deliberately cultivated to discourage scrutiny and suppress investigation into the phenomenon.

Farah alleged elements inside the intelligence community helped portray the subject as fringe conspiracy material during the Cold War to keep the public away from sensitive programs.

Now, as more former officials step forward and additional files emerge, some insiders believe the wall of secrecy surrounding the phenomenon may finally be starting to crack.
