President Donald Trump shredded radical Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) during a press conference in the White House.

Trump told reporters that he asked Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud if he wanted to “take back” the far-left congresswoman.

However, Trump says that Mohamud refused.

“Between her and Ilman Omar and the group, I met the head of Somalia.

“Did you know that?

“And I suggested that maybe he’d like to take her back.

“He said, ‘I don’t want her,’” Trump added, drawing laughter in the room.

The jab came as Omar faces intensifying scrutiny for inflammatory remarks following the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.

On September 15, Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) introduced a resolution to formally censure Omar and remove her from her committee assignments after the Democrat dismissed tributes to Kirk just one day after his murder.

“I think there are a lot of people out there talking about him just wanting to have a civil debate,” Omar told Zeteo News’s Mehdi Hasan.

“There is nothing more f-ed up than to completely pretend that his words and actions have not been recorded and in existence for the last decade or so.”

“These people are full of sh*t, and it’s important for us to call them out,” she added.

Omar also reposted a video labeling Kirk a “reprehensible human being,” “stochastic terrorist,” and “transphobe.”

When Mace’s resolution reached the House floor on September 17, lawmakers voted 214–213 to table the measure.

Four Republicans sided with Democrats to block Omar from being censured.

Omar, a member of the progressive “Squad,” has long been dogged by controversy.

Her critics have pointed to her history of inflammatory statements about Israel, the United States, and now Kirk.

According to Britannica, Omar fled Somalia with her family in 1991 amid civil war.

She spent four years in Kenya before arriving in the United States in 1995.

By 1997, the family had settled in Minnesota, and she became a U.S. citizen in 2000 at the age of 17.

Omar is also accused of marrying her brother so he could obtain a green card to join her in America.
